At Carter Boost, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
- You received the wrong item
- The item is in unused, original condition and returned within 14 days of delivery
- It is accompanied by a proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Important: Custom-built or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@carterboost.website or call +1 218 213 2258 within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged.
- Wait for Approval: Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Ship the Item: Securely package and send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@carterboost.website.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Installed or used shower doors or enclosures
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund, as applicable.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank or credit card account
- Contact your payment provider (some refunds take time to process)
